A great rink hockey match in the first semi-final of the WSE Continental Cup, taking place in Barcelos. In front of their home crowd, OC Barcelos imposed a strong and aggressive pace, beating SC Tomar 6-3. Kyllian Gil and Carlitos Ramos scored twice, as did Tamborindegui for Tomar. Playing at home, the ‘galos’ will try for their second Continental Cup.
Extra time and penalties were needed to find the second finalist of the 2025 WSE Continental Cup, after a 2-2 draw between Igualada HC and FC Porto. In the penalty shootout, Porto were stronger, but in the regular times, Igualada Rigat tried to reduce the gap from Porto and the two regular times ended 2-2 (Mena and Manrubia for Porto; Ruano and Carol for Igualada). The decisive match will be played this Sunday at 6 pm at the Barcelos Municipal Pavilion.
