Portugal is the winner of Group A, Germany is in Group B. Now for the Quarter-Finals.

Portugal and Spain maintain their leadership in the final qualifying round as well. Portugal wins by a wide margin against France (8-0 with a hat-trick by Ataide), thus winning the group on overall goal difference. Spain, on the other hand, suffered more against Italy, but an excellent first half again made the difference in this qualification. The 5-2 scoreline bears the signature of Oriol Castro (2x), but also of Zanon, Garcia, and Gutierrez. Germany wins Group B thanks to a better overall goal difference compared to Switzerland. Both finished the qualification phase with full marks. Switzerland won 5-2 against Andorra (two goals for Besson), while Germany prevailed 5-1 against England (2 goals for Paczia and Manassa). The quarter-finals will be the first round of the knockout stage. It opens with Italy vs Switzerland (09:30), moving on to France vs Germany (13:30), concluding with Spain vs Andorra (17:30) and Portugal vs England (21:30). The four winners will face each other in the semi-finals for the title on Friday evening. Top scorers: Paczia (Germany) 6 goals, Carvalho (Portugal) and Krauss (Switzerland) 5 goals.
