On 11 August 2023, the draw for the four groups of the first qualifying round of the WSE Champions League Men was made. There were 14 teams in the draw, so two groups were drawn with three teams and another two with four teams. The first two of each group will be qualified for the second qualifying round in November, while the other six losing teams will be included in the qualifying phase of the WSE Cup. The calendars of the four groups have been made official and the organization will be entrusted primarily to the nations with the lowest ranking score they will have to confirm or not their willingness to organize within a few days. The two matches of the qualifying phase of the WSE Champions League Women, where four teams were registered, were also drawn. The first leg will be played in Fraga (Spain) and Remscheid (Germany) on 7 October 2023 while the 2nd leg will be played in Cronenberg (Germany) and Scandiano (Italy)
The other draws for the subsequent rounds of both WSE Champions League Men, WSE Champions Women, WSE Cup, will be organized at the end of the first qualifying round. These are all the teams registered for the competitions.
