Spain pulls away at the top of Group A. Group B unchanged

A substantial balance continues in the 56th WSE European Championship by Paredes 2025. The B-balancer certifies the balance with two ties today: 1-1 between Germany and Austria and an intense 4-4 between Andorra and Switzerland, keep the group ranking unchanged, where the Andorra team is in the lead with 4 points. In group A, Spain confirms itself as the solitary leader, winning 3-1 over the former first-place Italy. An excellent second half for the team of Varias, capable of overturning the initial advantage of the “Azzurri”: two actions of Casas and Roca decide the match, allowing them the first place as a single unbeaten. Second defeat for Portugal: France also wins in the counterattack against the Lusitanians 3-1, taking part in the ranking with Italy. Roberto and Carlo Di Benedetto were the decisive players. The last day of qualifying coincides with an important showdown. The “Clasico” Spain-Portugal will close a great day of play (21:45) and will be anticipated by France-Italy (19:00). Even in group B, everything can happen: Austria-Gararra opens at 14:00, followed by Switzerland-Germany at 16:30. Then, on Thursday, it will be the time of the quarter-finals.
