Telecable Gijon is the new champion of the WSE Champions League Women

Telecable Gijon clinches its sixth WSE Champions League, winning again in Lisbon like last time five years ago.
The grand final of the 16th edition of the WSE Champions League Women starts immediately with a TeleCable Gijon who entered the rink with more determination, obtaining a penalty and a direct shot in just a few minutes. Piquero’s first advantage comes right from the penalty shot. Again from the direct shot comes the second Asturian goal, signed by captain Sara Lolo in the 13th minute. The third goal, however, was of fundamental importance for the conquest of the sixth cup: scored 2 seconds from the end of the first half thanks to Natasha Lee, when Vila-Sana had its best moment. As soon as the second half begins, Sara Roces, the top scorer of this edition of the WSE Champions League score their second goal, the seventh since yesterday. Vila-sana closes the gap with Julieta Fernandez and there are also many untapped opportunities for them. But Telecable Gijon is really in great shape and ends the match 6-1, with goals again from Roces (new hat-trick for a total of 27 goals in eight games) and Piquero.
