The WSE Champions League Women has reached the last sprint before the highly anticipated Final Four. There will be no space for errors in this second leg. Three of the four teams that will play in front of their fans in this second match have the advantage of victory in the first leg. HC Coruña has an advantage of two goals against Astro Stuart Massamà and Generali Palau Plegamans two goals against Martinelia Manlleu. Instead, Telecable Gijon, the reigning European and world champions, will face Vila-sana Coop d’Ivars, European vice-champions, with a one-goal advantage. Fraga needs to overturn the result of a few days ago in Matera: they will have to win with at least a two-goal difference, while a tie will be enough for the Italians. In every case, this quarter-final will assign a historical stage for Women’s Rink Hockey, because the region of Aragona and entire Italy had never qualified for the Final Four. The four winners will face each other in the semi-finals and finals on 27 and 28 April 2024 in a place decided in the coming week.
