Viana do Castelo, Portugal, has been chosen to host the first edition of the WSE Champions League’s Final Eight in Rink Hockey, taking place from May 4th to May 7th.
The tournament will see the top eight European teams compete for the coveted title of WSE Champions League winner. The quarter-finals will be played on May 4th and 5th, followed by the semifinals on May 6th and the much-anticipated final will take place on May 7th.
Viana do Castelo has a rich history in Rink Hockey, and the city has great sporting infrastructure to ensure a successful and enjoyable tournament for players and fans alike. The Pavilhão Municipal José Natário will serve as the venue for the event, featuring good facilities and ample seating for spectators.
The tournament coincides with Viana do Castelo’s designation as the European Capital of Sports in 2023, cementing its reputation as a hub for sporting excellence.

Today, the 5th round of the group stage of WSE Champions League will take place, and the 6th and last round will happen on the 13th of April.
